Le Palais de Chaillot:
Start your walk with a beautiful view of the Eiffel tour from the Palais de Chaillot. You can take beautiful photos from the world-renowned Eiffel tour during sunset hours. If you follow the path toward the Eiffel Tour you can sit on a bench and enjoy the breath-taking view.
Le Jardin de la Tour Eiffel :
This parc is the perfect place to take the famous “touching the Eiffel tour” picture. If you personally don’t feel like taking a picture you can also spend some time on a bench and watch other tourists take the picture. This is usually quite entertaining.
École militaire:
This complex of buildings was founded 1750 by King Louis XV and constructed by Ange-Jacques Gabriel. Till this day the building is a military academy. Previously the military academies were exclusive to children of noble background.

If you need a short coffee break or fuel to continue your trip stop by Rue Cler. You are doubtlessly going to find a great café on this street.
Hôtel des Invalides:
Besides the beautiful architecture the Hôtel des Invalides contains several museums and monuments, all relating to the military history of France. The building’s original purpose was actually an hospital and a retirement home for war veterans.
Musée d’Orsay:
This famous museum olds mainly French art from the mid-19th century to mid-20th century. For students or people under the age of 18 the museum is free. For adults the price varies between 13 to 16 Euros. A tip is to buy the tickets online which gives you the priority access within half an hour f the booking time.
